At least in context of Boruto's thoughts it has some reason. If he had more on field experience because of harsh missions, assuming he survives, then he can grow at a much faster rate. It's "too peaceful" right now after the war, so just like evolution, there's no pressure for them to be strong enough to stand against harsh threats.

Boruto learned how to use chakra natures before enrolling in ninja academy so it isn't too much especially when you look back and notice naruto never got any training before the academy and even in the academy he didn't get the individual training to master his chakra nature

no its not much. boruto already knows how to use wind style gale palm and rasengan. so he doesn't need to do the leaf training (training to cut the leaf using chakra) and kakashi also gave him tip so it is possible for him to learn it in a day

Boruto learned Wind Style: Flying Saucer Rasengan pretty fast, but how is this any better than Lightning Style: Vanishing Rasengan??? Maybe if he combines the wind and lightning? If he can get rasen-shuriken, the issue is that ability doesn't just penetrate the enemies cells, it penetrates the users. If he does not have sage chakra... otherwise, a vanishing rasen-shuriken would be really strong.

I feel like Sarada will get her 2nd Tomoe here, her emotions are in the place to get it during this training. Sasuke really cares about his daughter and doesn't actually want her to get hurt.

It's actually the same people. But you do realize that Boruto uses both Wind Jutsu and Lighting Jutsu. Other jutsu that Naruto never really used. He has the Hyuga taijutsu though he doesn't have access to a visual jutsu atm he can control, thus he can't do the more advanced Hyuga techniques like Himawari likely will use.

Yes he has Shadow Clones, Sexy Jutsu, and Rasengan. But at the same time he's slowly adjusting them to his style. He naturally already does Lighting Styled Rasengan and now he's learned his father's Rasengan (though a lot less chakra). My guess is he's going to learn how to make a Lighting/Wind Rasengan fusion.

They do have things that make them unique but they are obviously gonna learn from their parents because that's what the main cast technically has done since day 1. Naruto learned the Rasengan, which his Dad invented. But then he expanded it and made it his own. Other Shinobi do the same taking from their parent and growing to become unique. This isn't bad writing, you just aren't looking at the big picture.

konohamaru has never used wind style rasengan yet and what anruto uses is not rasengan its rasenshuriken. ur confusing between normal blue rasengan borutos green wind rasengan and narutos whitish blue rasenshuriken

Actually, that's also windstyle rasengan, but just that Naruto's wind style rasengan is too strong that it had a bit different effect so they named it rasenshuriken. I noticed that as the way rasengan is passed on to next generations, the weaker the rasengan, the lesser the difficulty or the time you learn it. Look at Boruto's vanishing rasengan, at his age, it should have been powerful but not much. Maybe if he grows older, he might be able to use rasenshuriken but that'll really be a big piece of training. Rasenshuriken is dangerous after all and requires a lot of chakra.
But then again, Boruto's wind style rasengan is just a bit powerful than a normal rasengan, or just as powerful as a normal rasengan lol
